PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all forms of PayPal and money orders as payment. Payment is due within 10 days of purchase, or the items will be relisted in store and the order canceled. When paying by money order, a separate e-mail will be sent to you verifying your order and indicating the address to send payment too.

Instock items ship w/in 24 hours of payment, not including weekends and holidays. Custom orders generally ship within 6-10 business days. You will be contacted if your order unexpectantly takes longer than indicated.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
We will accept returns/exchanges for covers that have not been washed or worn for 14 days from date of shipping. In the event of an exchange, exact pattern will depend on fabric availability at that time and may be different from your original.

Refund payments will be made in the same manor as original payment. All returns will be inspected prior to refund. PayPal refunds will be made upon receipt of return. Money order refunds will take a little longer because Thursday is the only day I have free access to run errands. Money order fees will be subtracted from the refund. You have the option of accepting a personal check in place of the money order. Shipping/handling fees will not be refunded.

Elastic failure will be repaired or replaced for 30 days from date of shipping. First class shipping costs will be reimbursed at our discretion, upon inspection and return of cover.
There is no guarantee on fabrics, however, all fabrics have been prewashed to reduce shrinking and bleeding.
In general, character and MLB/NFL fabrics seem to fade much quicker than other fabrics.
PLEASE NOTE: Items made with customer supplied fabrics are not eligible for return/refund.
